Olga Mordvinova is the founder and CEO of incontext.technology GmbH (INCTEC), a deep-tech startup focused on smart automation. Special focus is on increasing effectiveness as well as supporting sustainability in industry and infrastructures 4.0. Using AI/ML methods, their software for smart monitoring unleashes data insights from equipment, machines and infrastructures to continuously improve customer’s business processes.
For over 15 years, Olga has worked in software development and research in the areas of distributed computing, data-intensive scalable applications, and AI. Prior to INCTEC, she worked for IBM, SAP and ProsiebenSat1 in R&D and management in strategic areas and taught at the University of Heidelberg. She is active in the associations BITKOM, VDU, VDMA as well as the initiatives GAIA-X (SME/ Industrie 4.0), Plattform Lernende Systeme and Plattform Industrie 4.0 launched by the BMBF.
