Sascha Rank

Sascha Rank is a research associate and PhD student at the Institute of Applied Informatics and Formal Description Methods (AIFB) at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). His research interests include privacy-preserving machine learning approaches. He is involved in the German-Canadian research project FLAIROP, where federated machine learning is applied to the context of robotic picking in a warehouse environment. Before joining AIFB as a research associate, he studied Industrial Engineering and Management at the KIT.
